Rouleur Classic

November 3, 2018

A few highlights from Friday afternoon at the Rouleur Classic. Now in its fourth year, the Central London show is a combination of high end trade stands and beautifully curated exhibits along with talks and presentations over four days. While many of us have already seen a lot of whats on display from media coverage, its nice to see things in person and there are always a few gems hidden within these shows.

My personal highlight, and from the murmurs I heard around the show, many other's too was the derailleur booth with an amazing collection of derailleurs spanning back all the way to the very earliest incarnations by Disraeli Gears. I'd recommend checking out there website here.

The Specialized Venge Sagan Edition paintwork is something special, the glittered front end has an incredible 3D like handmade quality that the promo studio photos don't do justice to.

UK based company Fabric are creating some really nice simple but carefully designed products, many of which aren't groundbreaking but just brilliantly considered and then redesigned things that we use all the time like multitools, saddles and handlebar tape.
